After receiving benefit from learning aspects of the Path of Constructive Life, such as improved health, some members make a personal commitment to share this teaching with others by becoming a spiritual coach.

The purpose of spiritual coachship is to assist in changing the unhealthy condition of our society. As we all affect each another and impact the whole, we start by improving our own health and conquering our own darkness. As we improve, we then naturally uplift those around us, and that is how we impact and change the world. Living The Path of Constructive Life and achieving the Five Healths will help to remove the burdens in our lives. Coachship also helps to develop a higher spiritual awareness by eliminating the blockages in life and opening up better opportunities.

Coaches demonstrate their teaching through personal example. Living the Integral Way brings the important realization that all people form one family. Our duty is to assist in bringing peace and harmony back to our family and the world. Coaches also receive all benefits available to General Members, as well as inclusion in our directory of Community Contacts. Spiritual Coaches are formally recognized as examples and potential organizers and facilitators for the spiritual journey of others'.
